Cadance stood on her bedroom balcony, taking in her view of Canterlot. Her loving family was worried about her after she had returned home so weak. The events that had taken place while she was in The Crystal Empire, had really taken their toll. Her Aunt Celestia was insistent on her getting some rest, which she was more than happy to comply with.
Now, she was just waiting for her magic to return. She was working with Celestia to help restore her powers, but it wasn't easy. Whenever she felt down about it, she recited the little rhyme that she and Twilight always said when they were younger, and still do to this day, "Sunshine sunshine, lady bugs awake. Clap your hooves, and do a little shake." Cadance laughed, it would be a few more days before her powers fully returned. But with the sweet memories of her time with Twilight, they were a few more days that she could endure.
